2016 Müller Thurgau
Aromas of tropical fruit and citrus blossoms followed by the taste of a crisp Gravenstein apple. Our super summer sipper! Pair this dry, white German wine with spicy Asian food or subtle filet of sole.
Our Müller Thurgau now has a sweeter version – it gets its name from the German word for “sweet wine.” Tropical fruits, citrus and the taste of Jonagold apples will please your palate. Delightful for sipping anywhere anytime! Pairs well with spicy Asian food or fresh fruit and lighter cheeses.
2016 Rosé of Merlot
Our Rosé captures all of the flavor and essence of the Merlot grape in a soft, friendly wine. Enjoy aromas of strawberry, peach and melon. Lovely as a cocktail wine, for summer sipping or with fresh fruit. It is awesome with our signature Cranberry Scones prepared for our B&B guests.
Notes of red fruits, cherries, plums, leather, tobacco and smoky white pepper. Integrated tannins and a long finish make this wine approachable now, and hint at greatness in the future. Pair this wine with lasagna, polenta or other savory and flavorful dishes.
2015 Mezzo Mezzo:
This half Cabernet Sauvignon and half Merlot blend has aromas of blackberry, black pepper and spice, followed by flavors of Bing cherry and plum. Soft supple tannins provide a smooth, lush, lingering finish. A fabulous wine with savory meat dishes or pasta.
A bright & fruity wine! Think pie cherries and strawberry jolly ranchers! With the lower tannins, this wine might be called an Italian Pinot Noir. Serve paired with antipasto, hors d’oeuvres or zesty cheeses.
2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

Delfino is Italian for “dolphin.” This dessert wine is made from our Tempranillo grapes picked at the peak of ripeness. It is a wine which will appeal to a select few – a wine with a “porpoise.” Enjoy this lovely Tempranillo dessert wine with chocolates or cheesecake.
