Delfino is Italian for “dolphin.” This dessert wine is made from our Tempranillo grapes picked at the peak of ripeness. It is a wine which will appeal to a select few – a wine with a “porpoise.” Enjoy this lovely Tempranillo dessert wine with chocolates or cheesecake.
Experience aromas of apple, pear and grapefruit. Flavors of Jonathan apples, citrus and tropical fruit, followed by a crisp clean finish, make this a wine which pairs well with nearly any dish – but is great all by itself!
2014 Rosé of Merlot
Aromas of red currants and kiwi. Flavors of Wild Strawberry and rhubarb followed by a clean, crisp finish. A touch of tangy sweetness and a velvety finish make this a great cocktail wine or a silky summer sipper!
The aroma of strawberries and a hint of licorice coming from your glass of our Dolcetto invite you to fresh tastes of berries and Queen Anne cherries. A crisp smooth finish makes this a lovely wine by itself or when paired with foods of the same character.
The aroma from your glass of our Tempranillo — new leather, anise and rain on the forest floor is followed by flavors of dark stone fruits and smoky white pepper. Supple tannins add to a smooth, long finish that make this wine approachable now and hint at greatness in the future. Pair this with lamb and other flavorful meat dishes.
2012 Cabernet Sauvignon
Experience aromas of blackberry, black pepper and spice followed by flavors of bing cherry & plum. Soft supple tannins and a smooth, lush, lingering finish confirm its balance. A fabulous wine with savory meat dishes or steak.
The dry brambly aroma of a wild blackberry patch, raspberries and a hint of anise tease your nose while smooth flavors of dark chocolate and Bing cherries caress your palate. Bold but balanced and integrated tannins make this wine one that is delightful now and will be delectable for years to come. Enjoy our Zinfandel alone or with robust foods like Oregon Blue cheese.
This Syrah has a complex nose, at once both floral (think violets) and spicy. Dark Cherry, honey, spice and white pepper on the palate. Soft and supple tannins round out this wine and make it very drinkable now and for a number of years to come. Our Syrah pairs well with smoked flavorful foods.
Light and bright aromas of cherries and spice compliment the flavor of bright red cherries and stone fruits. Soft and smooth tannins provide a silky lingering finish and make this a great wine with lighter fare or even on its own as a nice cocktail wine or an apertif.
Aromas of cedar, baking spices and cardamom. Pie cherries & stone fruit on the palate. Light & fruity!!

50% Cab and 50% Merlot. Aromas of cherries,
